The Travelling Gallery is a unique self-contained mobile art gallery which takes contemporary art exhibitions to communities throughout Scotland. The Travelling Gallery is operated by Edinburgh’s City Art Centre and is funded by the Scottish Arts Council.

Visiting a different venue each day, everyone is welcome on the Travelling Gallery and staff are always available to answer any questions about the artists or their work. Full day artist led workshops also take place each week often with the exhibiting artists and these are designed to expand on the ideas and skills highlighted in the Travelling Gallery exhibitions.
